Early Bird Registration $1,295 (Until March 6, 2020)
Regular Registration $1,495 (March 7 - May 10, 2020)
Full Registration $1,795 (From May 11, 2020)
Day Pass - Early Bird $595 (Until March 6, 2020)
Day Pass - Regular $795 (From March 7, 2020)
Expo Only Pass $595 (Open only to Sponsors and Exhibitors)
Guest Pass - Expo and Partner Celebration $395 (Must attend with a registered attendee)
Guest Pass - Partner Celebration $150 (Must attend with a registered attendee)
Attendance at Directions 2020 is restricted to Microsoft employees, registered Sponsors and Exhibitors and any person engaged in the business of delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions either as or through an authorized Microsoft Dynamics Partner. Other individuals may be eligible if they add value to the Dynamics community, are not in direct competition with the event itself or Microsoft Dynamics and agree to sign an NDA if asked. Individuals who do not meet the above criteria cannot be permitted to register for this conference. Attendees and guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event. Photos and videos of the conference, sponsors and attendees may be taken and published by Directions for promotional purposes. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, you will forfeit the registration fee. If you'd like to discuss your eligibility, please contact us.
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail and sent to Directions Treasurer Amy Homan, treasurer@DirectionsNA.com. Cancellation notifications received on or before midnight PDT, March 31, 2020 will receive a refund less a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after midnight PDT, March 31, 2020, and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted.
We are delighted to offer guest passes to Directions North America 2020 social events. Guests are encouraged to join in the fun and tickets may be purchased online or at the event, unless the event sells out. There are two types of Guest Passes. One which allows Guests to attend the Welcome Reception (May 31), Expo Reception (June 1) and Partner Celebration (June 2). The other allows Guests to attend the Partner Celebration only (June 2). Guests must be attending with a registered attendee. Please note that Directions 2020 guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event.

CRONUS USA will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from any unavoidable, unforeseeable cause whatsoever beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, action or decree of civil or military authority, insurrection, act of war, terrorism, labor disputes or shortages, material shortages, failure of suppliers, or embargo. It is further agreed that in case the conference venue shall be destroyed by fire or the elements, or by any other cause, or in case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes, or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for CRONUS USA to hold the show or portion thereof at the time and place herein provided then and there upon this agreement shall terminate and Exhibitor and Attendee shall and does hereby waive any claim for property or other damages or compensation except the pro rata return on the amount paid after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with CRONUS USA and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
