Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

Cecilia's leadership style emphasizes integrity, empathy, inclusiveness and accountability.
Cecilia spent 16 years with Microsoft Business Applications, culminating in a four-year stint as Global Ecosystem Lead. As a key member of the unit's leadership team, she was responsible for growth of the core business through the development and health of the partner ecosystem. Among the functions she oversaw were ecosystem capacity planning, capability development and performance growth strategies, as well as field operations at global scale.

Business Apps & Digital Ecosystems Director for Microsoft in Latin America, where I have been working for over 27 years in various technical, sales, and leadership roles. I have over 33 years of experience in the computer software industry, with a strong background in cloud computing, AI, software as a service, innovation, technical development, and enterprise solution selling.
My mission is to help small, medium, and large digital businesses to scale and grow globally, leveraging Microsoft's cloud computing, AI infrastructure and business applications software-as-a-service solutions from Microsoft and our big/global community and ecosystem of partners. I lead a talented and energetic team of professionals who are passionate about empowering digital companies to respond, recover, reimagine, and rescale their businesses in a fast-changing and competitive environment. Every day is a moon shot for us, as we engage, work and partner with small & medium companies, startups, digital native companies, venture capitalists, private equity firms, accelerators, incubators, and mentors to create value and high impact for our customers and communities.
In addition to my role at Microsoft, I am also an active angel investor, limited partner at various venture capital funds, board advisor and mentor at Endeavor and several startups' board member. I enjoy supporting and collaborating with entrepreneurs, innovators, and disruptors who are shaping the future of Latin America Economy. I believe in the power of technology to transform people, lives, businesses, and societies for the better.
