Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

Hector is currently the General Manager of the Frontline App portfolio in the Business Applications Platform, which include Field Service, Resource Scheduling, Remote Assist and Guides. He holds a BS/MS in Physics from University of Vigo (Spain) and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Ivan has been with Microsoft for 10 years with product since 2001, holding finance consulting and product manager roles within the localization team and then in core Application and Integration teams. For last couple of years, he focused on helping making Business more intuitive, deliver on application product feedback and working on integration between Business Central and Dataverse and Dynamics 365 for Sales.
