Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

Microsoft roundtable: Service and project management
Microsoft is continuing to improve the experience for users, when company uses service and project management functionality. Come prepared to this roundtable with suggestions and opinions about: purchasing for projects, warehouse integrations, plan vs fact tracking, link between fixed asset and service item, undo and correct scenarios.

Andrei Panko is a Product Manager on the Business Central engineering team at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen. He started working with Business Central (back then it was Dynamics NAV) as a consultant, developer, and project manager back in 2004, and was an MVP for six consecutive years. Andrei has extensive field experience in the supply chain, and has engaged in many other aspects of the Business Central application and platform as well. His focus is on building solutions with rich business functionality and low implementation cost.
