Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

Microsoft presents: What's new in service and project management
In project management, formerly known as jobs, we will touch upon various topics such as archiving, improved warehouse handling, integration of assembly-to-order flow, billing enhancements, including billing projects when handling multiple customers and currencies. And for service we will review updated user experience, blocking, attachments, item references, and dealing with service invoices originated from service contracts.

Andrei Panko is a Product Manager on the Business Central engineering team at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen. He started working with Business Central (back then it was Dynamics NAV) as a consultant, developer, and project manager back in 2004, and was an MVP for six consecutive years. Andrei has extensive field experience in the supply chain, and has engaged in many other aspects of the Business Central application and platform as well. His focus is on building solutions with rich business functionality and low implementation cost.

For last couple of years, he focused on helping making Business more intuitive, deliver on application product feedback and working on integration between Business Central and Dataverse and Dynamics 365 for Sales.
