Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

His experiences as an Air Force Veteran, Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Business Leader have shaped Mike's passion for using Microsoft technology, and specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Artificial intelligence, to empower businesses to overcome complex problems.

Vice President of Sales & Business Development at TrellisPoint
Peter is the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at TrellisPoint. He spent many years as an Information Technology Consultant and has deep experience across delivery, pre-sales and sales roles within the mid-market and enterprise IT consulting space. Since 2003, Peter has specialized in CRM technology consulting, beginning with the release of Microsoft CRM version 1.2. Since that time, he has focused almost exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technology consulting for sales, marketing, and service organizations.
