Directions NA 2024 was the largest yet, with a turnout of 1,286 attendees, of which 346 were first-timers. The event hosted 291 sessions and workshops for the attendees who represented 30 countries, 42 states and 6 Canadian provinces.

The Keys to Marketing Across Generations in 2024
During this session, hear from a panel of marketers ranging from Gen-Xer to Millennial, on how they'll have cracked the code to market across generations to drive demand. It's more about when you started using technology than anything. We will discuss trust, tech, buyer's committees, and how generations consume content and buying cycles differently. We will also explore the similarities around self-education styles and the psychology behind it all.

Kate comes to UST from a high-paced marketing firm where her favorite client designed shoes for the working woman. From effective marketing strategy for startups to well-established companies, Kate learned to reach different audience groups and craft a message that resonates. She learned to strategically think through problems that arise and solve them with actionable items.
Kate is a graphic guru, word wizard and lover of all things music and coffee. Kate is a graduate of the University of West Florida where she earned degrees in Public Relations and Marketing.

Having been in B2B technology marketing for 25+ years, I truly enjoy helping partners, customers and team members overcome challenges and achieve their growth goals. My passion for B2B tech marketing in the financial sectors began when I experienced first-hand the challenges related to manual, inefficient processes faced by many back-office teams at small and mid-sized companies. Having started in the Dynamics community as a GP user and AP manager, I am inspired by how far we have come as a community, the evolution of the ERP systems we work with, and how marketing aligns with the journey.
