Microsoft Keynote Day 2

My team is building and running rapidly growing modern, secure, resilient, and scalable Microsoft Azure-powered Business Central online service, developed following the microservice architecture.

Together with my unbelievably smart colleagues, in a tight feedback loop with our customers, partners, and other Microsoft teams, following DevOps and AGILE development methodologies we envision, design and ship our Online Service, Platform and Partner Tooling scenarios such as service signups, updates, administration, end user and partner access, global and regional services deployment, resource governance, performance, data access, licensing, ISV solutions and per-tenant extensions lifecycle, new programming language capabilities (AL), migration of on-premises data to the cloud and many more.

Kendra has been a driving force behind innovation as a Principal Group Product Manager for the Microsoft Copilot Studio team. Because of her background in product design, she has a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and has dedicated her career to democratizing conversational AI through intuitive user experiences to revolutionize the way people interact with technology. Drawing on a wealth of experience and expertise, in conversational design, large language models, and product development, Kendra spearheads initiatives aimed at harnessing the power of generative AI to empower businesses and individuals. Her visionary leadership has been instrumental in driving agents across Microsoft. As a thought leader in the field of Conversational AI, she has helped pioneer work to empower any user to build bots and open new possibilities for organizations. Enabling them to leverage the power of AI to create seamless and personalized solutions for their customers and employees.

Peter has been with Microsoft since the acquisition of Navision in 2002, and has worked as a program manager in a number of areas and product lines throughout this time. He is currently a program manager on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developer tools team, responsible for the AL language, Visual Studio Code tooling, AppSource and extensions.
