Andy Theophylactou is an executive leader with 28 years of experience in Tier 1 technology organizations. Andy started his career at Dell Technologies where we had progressive sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles. Andy capped off his time as the General Manager of Dell Financial Services for Canada and US Medium Business. In 2021 Andy embarked on a new journey with Microsoft Canada as a Leader in the Global Partner Solutions organization responsible for Indirects, Telcos and the Surface Channels. Andy's current role is GPS Azure and Business Applications leader for SMB in North America. Andy focuses on being an open and inclusive leader who aligns the organization on clear and focused goals which tie to business outcomes.

Craig Crescas, based in Colorado, began his Microsoft career in March 2000. He joined the organization when Microsoft began investing in Business Applications (ERP and CRM). With almost 25 years of experience in Dynamics, Craig is chartered with changing the world one partner at a time.
Since the launch of Dynamics 365, Craig has dedicated his efforts to recruiting and onboarding organizations, those interested in adding business applications to their product portfolio, by providing leadership, guidance and onboarding tools to streamline our partner's time to market.

Justin leads the Biz Apps Partner Marketing team for Americas region. He is responsible for accelerating partner growth and customer acquisition across all partner types in Americas SMC segment (SMB & Corporate). Justin has held several roles at Microsoft across partner marketing, programs, and capacity & enablement after starting in the US Dynamics partner team. Prior to Microsoft, he worked in corporate M&A and equity research, and earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
