The Fixed Fee Journey: Ask the Experts
This session is a continuation of past Fixed Fee focused sessions presented by Rob Jolliffe, Sarah Compter, and Andrew King. In this session we will be opening the floor to your questions about Fixed Fee and how to deploy it successfully with three of the most experienced Fixed Fee vendors in the market.
Fixed Fee can mean up-front fixed costs, ongoing service-as-a-subscription and various hybrid mixes of those models.
Rob is the owner of Sabre Limited, providing fixed fee Business Central manufacturing implementations since 2017.
Andrew is owner of Websan, a horizontal BC and CRM partner delivering fixed fee since 2015.
Sarah is the owner of SYNACT, a CRM partner delivering all-inclusive service in a subscription model since 2010.

Rob graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's of Engineering in the early 90s. He has read “The Goal†at least 4 times, “Lean Thinking†at least 3 times, and has seen Star Wars more times than he can count (Han shot first!).
He is an avid collector of music and, using “The Rolling Stone Top 500 Album List†as a guide, has managed to buy 490 of the 500 best albums of all time (as CDs - the rest are out of print).

Sarah Compter is the President of SYNACT, a technology firm that helps small and midsized businesses leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Under her leadership, SYNACT focuses on delivering results rather than billing hours, disrupting the traditional service model. Sarah values an immersive, evolutionary approach to software development and prides herself on SYNACT's collaborative client relationships.
Sarah joined SYNACT in 2009 and quickly took on operational responsibilities. She became President in late 2016 after purchasing the company and relocating it to Rochester. Since then, she has expanded the team from two to 11 members and increased recurring revenue by sevenfold.
