How do I view or change my Conference registration information?

Once you have registered, you will be able to view and change registration information by logging in to your registration account using the user name and password you entered at the time of registration.

What does my Conference registration include?

Directions 2021 Virtual Attendee Registration includes attendance at all general sessions, keynotes, track sessions, and ISV sessions.

What if I already registered for the 2021 in-person conference and/or hotel?

For those of you that have already purchased an attendee pass(es) for 2021, your attendee registration will be fully refunded to the original form of payment by 3/15/2021. Please contact treasurer@directionsna.com if there are any questions.

Any hotel reservations associated with the Event already booked at the Sheraton will be automatically cancelled by the Sheraton. If you do not receive a hotel cancellation notice by 3/15/2021, please contact the hotel to ensure your reservation has been cancelled.

What about Sponsorships?

If you already committed to Sponsor or Exhibit at the 2021 in-person event, our sponsorship team will be reaching out to you separately.

If you were not already committed to the in-person event, but would like information on sponsoring the virtual event, please contact Diane Saeger at sponsors@directionsna.com for additional information.

How can I register for the Virtual event?

Registration is now open! Attendees can register for the virtual event by purchasing a single registration, or by purchasing a pack of registrations.

Pack of 5 Virtual Attendee Passes $599
Pack of 10 Virtual Attendee Passes $999
Pack of 20 Virtual Attendee Passes $1799
Pack of 30 Virtual Attendee Passes $2499

Step 1: Purchase your conference pass(es).

Step 2: Apply the registration code(s). Once you purchase your conference pass(es) to Directions 2021, use the assigned registration code to complete your event registration.

Be sure to check your email for the registration code sent from register@directionsna.com. If someone at your organization purchased passes on your behalf, be sure to request your registration code from that person. Failing to use the assigned registration code will result in no access to the virtual event. If there are any issues please email directions@directionsna.com.
