How do I register for Directions 2020?
Registration will open soon. To be the first to know and register for Directions North America 2020, be sure you have signed up for Directions email list to receive the announcement. Meanwhile, put the dates, Sunday May 31 – Wednesday June 3, 2020, on your calendar.
How do I make a hotel reservation at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress?
Sign up here. You're guaranteed a special best room rate of $219 plus applicable taxes, and the daily resort fee of $35 (plus tax) is waived. You earn Hyatt Points and help Directions meet its room block commitment with the savings going back to offer you a better experience. Reservation deadline: May 12, 2020. Book as soon as possible as availability is first come, first served.

How do I go to the hotel from the airport?
From the Orlando International Airport (MCO) a cab fare to Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is around $50-$60. Using Uber or Lyft would be cheaper. The trip takes about 25 minutes. Another option is Mears which offers shared-ride shuttle services and private transfer services.
How do I view or change my Conference registration information?
Once you have registered, you will be able to view and change registration information by logging in to your registration account using the user name and password you entered at the time of registration.
What does my Conference registration include?
Directions 2020 Full Conference Registration includes attendance at all general sessions, keynotes, track sessions, town halls, Computer Workshops, Welcome Reception on Sunday, Expo Reception on Monday, and Partner Celebration on Tuesday. It also includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and morning and afternoon breaks during the Conference. To attend Computer Workshops, arrive at the workshop rooms to receive your session logon information. Workshop spaces are limited, first come, first served.
Day Passes include access to all sessions, meals, and Expo Reception or Partner Celebration for that day only.
Can I bring guests to attend conference activities?
Yes, guest tickets may be purchased for the Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and/or the Partner Celebration only. Guests must be accompanied by a registered attendee and be 21 years or older. Tickets are available for purchase before or at the Registration Desk during the Conference.

What meals will be provided at Directions 2020?
As a full Conference attendee you will have breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and morning and afternoon breaks. The Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and the Partner Celebration include both food and beverage service..
What networking opportunities will be available?
Networking will be available throughout the Conference, starting with the Welcome Reception on Sunday, Expo Reception on Monday, and Partner Celebration on Tuesday. Plan to visit the Microsoft team and Premier Sponsor Exhibit throughout conference hours, and all Exhibitors during the two Expo Receptions. Directions Connections tables with power and USB stations located in the conference area are ideal for ad hoc meeting with other partners. No reservations required.
Will Internet service be available?
Basic High Speed Internet in your guestroom is complimentary when you reserve your room through the Directions room block. Wireless Internet service for attendees will be available without charge in the conference area.
What is the recommended attire while attending Directions 2020?
Business casual is the accepted attire throughout the Conference, with casual for the Partner Celebration.
Are there special theme park tickets available?
The concierge desk at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress can assist with park ticket purchase and shuttle boarding passes. Special Disney Tickets for full and partial days are also available to Directions attendees and their guests during pre- and post-conference days here.
What if I have special needs or requests?

A few words about food - the Grand Cypress Executive Chef David Didzunas believes great food comes from great ingredients. He and his team continually search for the best ingredients and freshest Florida produce to bring life to Florida farm to tables. Food ingredients are labeled at the buffet table. Your well-being is important to us. If you have special dietary needs, please tell us preferably 4 weeks prior to the conference so we have time to research and make arrangements.
