Supporting and Troubleshooting in the SaaS Environment

The ability to effectively support and troubleshoot a Business Central tenant is a critical aspect of managing the application lifecycle in a SaaS environment. In this session we'll show the support lifecycle including the customer, partner, and Microsoft roles in the support process. We'll also demonstrate tools that are available to tenant administrators to troubleshoot issues that occur on the tenant and talk through tips and tricks for working through some of the most common issues.
