CSP Partners have a new vocabulary and an updated tool set to process orders, maintain customers and manage invoices. This session will introduce/review key CSP terminology, the top issues to consider when provisioning CSP orders, key SKUs to be aware of, how to handle change of partners, and the invoice/reconciliation process with PartnerCenter. We’ll also take a look at upsizing/downsizing considerations and working with multiple CSP products. This session is focused on the nuts-and-bolts of CSP subscription processing, not on any specific product features.
