How do I register for Directions 2017?

Simply choose your preferred registration for Directions 2017 and register online.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

Reserving your room at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes must be made directly with the hotel online on Directions’ hotel reservation page. The Directions 2017 attendee special conference room rate is $199 plus applicable taxes. The Resort Fee is optional for our group. Opt in when you check in. Guest room free Wi-Fi is included for Marriott Rewards members. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up any time or when you check in. Need help with your reservation? How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport, 12 miles away, about 15-20 minutes by car.  Taxi service runs $40-$50 and shuttle services are available starting at around $18 each way.

How do I view or change my Conference registration information?

Once you have registered, you will be able to view and change registration information by logging in to your registration account using the user name and password you entered at the time of registration.

What does my Conference registration include?

Directions 2017 Full Conference Registration includes attendance at all general sessions, keynotes, track sessions, townhalls, computer workshops, Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and Partner Celebration. Full Conference Registration also includes daily breakfasts, lunches and morning and afternoon breaks during the Conference. To attend Cloud SureStep for Dynamics workshops or to take Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certification, you must be a registered Directions 2017 attendee and have registered for these additional programs.

​Day ​Passes ​include access to all sessions, meals, and Expo Reception or Partner Celebration for that day only. ​

Can I bring guests to attend conference activities?

Yes, guest tickets may be purchased for the Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and/or the Partner Celebration only. Guests must be accompanied by a registered attendee and be 18 years or older. Register here. Tickets are available for purchase before or at the Registration Desk during the Conference. See registration information.

What hours will registration be open onsite?

Directions 2017 Registration hours are as follows:

Saturday, September 16, 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM NEW! Priority check-in open to everyone!
Sunday, September 17, 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Monday, September 18, 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday, September 19, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday, September 20, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What meals will be provided at Directions 2017?

As a full Conference attendee you will have breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon breaks. The Welcome Reception, Expo Reception and the Partner Celebration include both food and beverage service. Breakfast or lunch will not be served on Sunday, September 17.

What networking opportunities will be available?

Networking will be available throughout the Conference, starting with the Welcome Reception on Sunday, Expo Reception on Monday, and Partner Celebration on Tuesday. In addition, plan to visit the Premier Sponsor Exhibit and meet with other Partners in the Directions Connections lounge.

Will Internet service be available?

JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes offers guest room free Wi-Fi for Marriott Rewards members. You can sign up as a member at any time or when checking in. Wireless Internet service for attendees will be available without charge in the Conference area.

Will business services be available?

What is the recommended attire while attending Directions 2017?

Business casual is the accepted attire throughout the Conference, with casual for the Partner Celebration.
